Avoid Urgot’s (P) by not fighting close quarters while avoiding his (Q) with your movement speed. If Urgot closes in on you, disengage by using your [E] and [W] to prevent Urgot from approaching. When Urgot learns (R) after level 6, always keep your health in mind and use the bonus movement speed in your [R] to avoid being hit by it when necessary.
